Malvar is a rare grapes, native to the Iberian Peninsula, that brings a bright acidity to a fuller bodied white. Grapes come from 70+ year old vines grown on clay, limestone, and sandy soils. White peach and apricot, orange citrus, white flowers, green apple, and ginger. Fleshy, focused and dry, with a taut, stony, long finish.
