Yola Jimenez's grandfather Luis purchased a mezcal farm in 1971 that supplies the agave for her women-run mezcaleria. Organic Espadin & Madre-Cuixe agaves are roasted, ground, & double distilled before resting in glass barrels. Clean, with a vibrant smoke, the flavors are bright & refreshing with complex earthy, minerally notes.
