For more than two decades, Wild Blossom has been a Chicago fixture, creating wine & mead from locally produced ingredients. The meadery has its own swarm of bees that pollinate some 2 million flowers, creating a necessary, positive impact on the local environment.
Prairie Passion is Wild Blossom’s flagship mead, made from wildflower honey, giving it a wonderful floral quality and bold honeyed sweetness without being too syrupy.
