Andi Mann uses holistic, minimal methods in his winemaking to allow his wines to reflect their origin. Local sheep wander his 10 hectares of vines, loosening the soil & bringing nutrients up from the lower slopes.
The 35 year old vines grow on volcanic rock & limestone. Grapes see a short period of skin contact before moving to large neutral barrels for 12 months.
Mineral & savory, packed full of stonefruit, mango, & lychee, with hints of green alpine herbs, orange peel, & flint. Fresh, wild, & drinkable.
Scheurebe, Müller-Thurgau, Huxelrebe. Biodynamic. Natural.
