Narcisco “Siset” Mascaró founded the distillery in 1946, in the heart of Penedes. Parellada grapes are fortified with “holandas” (wine spirit) made from Ugni Blanc and aged in oak barrels, then macerated with 30 botanicals, including artemisia, juniper, orange peel, and more.
The perfect balance of acidity, bitterness, and sweetness makes this great in a Negroni or Americano, or as an aperitif with a twist of orange or grapefruit.
