Based on Macabeo, aged in barrel in a 100 year old solera then macerated with sun-dried green walnuts and 150 local herbs & spices from Terra Alta in Catalonia.
Nutty, concentrated, raisin-like, with flavors of cola, root beer, candied fig, oranges, cloves, cinnamon, rosemary, and ginger.
Traditionally drunk in the afternoon with seltzer, an orange slice, & an olive, or will elevate any cocktail.
