Produced by mysterious masters of malt Chugoku Jozo as a blend of Scottis malt & grain sourced from Canada. Aged 3 years minimum in a 361 meter-long tunnel, originally drilled in 1970 by the JR Japanese Rail company that never used it. Aged 8 years in Spanish sherry casks. Balanced peat, sweet chocolate, and vanilla.
