Bill Easton is one of the original Rhone Rangers, pioneering Rhone varietals in California in the late 1980s. He holds back his wines, releasing only when they’re ready to drink. “Tête-à-Tète” blends younger vines for bright, ripe fruit. Boysenberry, cherry, and plum flavors contrast savory notes of pepper, smoke, meat, and game from the terroir. Aged 16 months in French barrels.
43% Grenache, 43% Mourvèdre, 14% Syrah. Organic.
