An homage to Graham Tatomer's time working with famed Austrian winemaker Emmerich Knoll. Translate to "your back back against the wall". Fresh, bright, & quaffable, but with plenty of depth & complexity. Aromas of dried lime peel & rocky seashore, with a palate of orange zest and flashes of white pepper & thyme. Whole cluster pressed. Fermented & aged in mostly stainless steel, with some neutral puncheons.
80% Grüner Veltliner, 20% Dry Riesling. Organic.
