Pierre Delize has been on our radar for years as one of the best values in sparkling wine. Fresh and fruity, with just enough complexity from the Aíren grapes. Secondary fermentation happens at low tempearatures to keep the bubbles tiny. Yellow fruit, peach, and apricot. With just 10g/L of residual sugar, it's nicely dry too!
