Founded in 1931, Ca’ di Rajo is a 3rd generation family winery, located where the Venice Lagoon meets the Dolomites.
Meaning “fizzy” in the local Treviso dialect, Lemoss can’t be called Prosecco, despite using the region’s famed Glera grape. Instead, it uses the ancestral method, where the bubbles develop during native secondary fermentation in bottle.
Intensely yeasty, with notes of fresh crusty bread, acacia flowers, lemon, grapefruit, & apple. Fresh, lively structured, & delightfully cloudy.
100% Glera. Natural.
