Sivi Pinot is the Slovenian term for Pinot Grigio, and Slavček makes theirs in a ramato style. The grapes macerate on the skins for 24 hours before natural fermentation in steel. Aged in oak & acacia barrels & foudres of various sizes for about 3 months. Smooth & round, with a lush texture framed by notes of pear, tropical fruit, & citrus.
