A unique white blend from Slovenia, the nose is reminiscent of orange blossom, mango, peach, minerals, and bare hints of herbs, tar, and a beautiful baked and savory quality. Dry and medium-bodied with medium acidity, the palate is rich and a bit zesty (lemon and orange), along with orange blossom, lemon curd, baked peach, saline, brioche, a chalky minerality, and a slight nuttiness. Very different and enjoyable with a great mix of mineral and yellow fruits!
