Filled with layers of pear, apple, grilled pineapple, white peach, and subtle note of vanilla cream scone. Tropical fruits weave with green apple and lemon curd, framed by a gentle acidity. A slow, cool fermentation in steel & small French oak barrels with partial malolactic fermentation softens the wine with a lovely creamy texture.
