The estate was originally founded in 1356, but the first wines at Schumann-Nägler were made in 1438. Today, Fred Schumann is the 25th generation, with his sons working alongside. Textbook German Riesling, with ripe apple, peach, lime, & floral gardenia. Aromatic & balanced, with a lovely acidity. Off-dry.
