Named for the national bird of Trinidad, Scarlet Ibis Rum is a blend of 3-5 year aged rum. Old-school in style, it's made without chill filtration, dilution or added sugar, then aged in small oak barrels. Bottled at a hearty 98 proof. Toasted oak, coconut, cacao, tropical fruits, brown sugar, pepper, & spice. Shines in a Corn 'n Oil, Palmetto, or Mai Tai.
