Grapes: 2023 is a blend of Gewurztraminer, Muscat, and Ugni Blanc
2021: Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, Rolle.
Vineyard: Jean-Marie purchases these grapes from neighboring growers who farm in accordance with the HVE (Haute Valeur Environmentale, ie. sustainable) chart.
Making of: The 2023 wine is fermented with native yeast, on skins for 5 months. Then rests in tanks, lightly filtered and fined (with vegan-friendly pea-protein), and bottled the following spring with a bit of sulfur.

Personality: aromas of dried fruits and citrus, delicate tannins and refreshing acidity. Easy-drinking skin-contact white that’s very food-versatile, too – try it with Asian dishes, Tajine, milder cheeses or even chocolate.
