Pinot Blanc is one of the forgotten varieties in Champagne, only allowed in vineyards that produced the grape before the laws changed. Pinot Blanc brings a linear sleekness to the blend with notes of crunchy pear, lemon zest, chalk, spring blossoms, and yellow plum. A smoky minerality lingers. Very dry, but balanced.
50% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Blanc
