John & Ksenija House fell in love while working at a winery & started their own project making natural, terroir-driven Willamette Valley wines. This "orange rosé" is a blend of ramato-style PG & skin-contact Riesling, co-fermented in a mix of amphorae, casks, & eggs, before 6 months in neutral barrels. Peachy in color, with aromas of ginger-roasted carrot & apple skin. Fuzzy peach, tangerine, hibiscus tea, and autumn spic. Grippy, textural, & tart with a refreshing wave of salinity.
50% Pinot Gris, 50% Riesling. Organic. Natural. Orange.
