From very old vines in Alella, this is a co-ferment of Sumoll/Pansa Blanca/Garnatxa Gris. Grapes are hand-harvested and whole-bunch macerated in a fiberglass tank for 1-2 days before pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging thereafter for 9 months in stainless steel vat. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.5% ABV
