The grapes are destemmed and gently pressed to fully exploit their potential during alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, which takes place in stainless steel tanks at a regularly controlled temperature. It is then aged for another 3 months in mixed American and French barrels.
It stands out with its deep purple-red color. The aroma is peppery with balsamic and spicy tones. The taste of the wine is round and balanced, with pronounced acidity and a delicate flavor with notes of black fruit. Medium persistence.
