A blend of three grapes from the same vineyard, each vinified separately. Muscat Ottonel is fermented on its skins, seeking expression and structure, while Viognier and Trebbiano are fermented without their skins, seeking acidity and vivacity. Finally, the three components are blended together with a small percentage of the wine from the previous harvest, thus generating a concept of "memory" in the wine, which generates a particular flavor that builds over time. Nakcool Blanco is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and zero added SO2.
