Thomas & Véronique Muré are the 12th generation of the family to grow wine in Rouffach since 1650. Since taking over from their father, the siblings have converted the entire production to organic & biodynamic methods, and started harvesting earlier for drier, crisper, more age-worthy wines.
Pierres Sèches takes its name from the dry stone wall terraces that surround the vineyards. These walls provide drainage for the clay & limestone soils, creating the perfect conditions for the 35 year-old vines to thrive.
Richly dry, with notes of yellow pear, fresh herbs, stony mineral touches, & clean citrus.
Pinot Gris. Organic. Biodynamic.
