Tim Fulnecky, owner & winemaker of Hollyhock Lodge, is now producing his Gamay under the name Mr. Brightside. The project focuses on Gamay from a sustainably farmed vineyard in Portico Hills, Los Alamos, California. Mostly whole cluster fermented, it ages in 100% neutral French oak barrels. Candied berries, resiny herbs, & black pepper.
