Grapes are hand-picked and collected in 15-kilogram (33-pound) bins. Each variety is harvested in distinct stages within the same estate, allowing for joint fermentation processes, which result in wholly differentiated wine profiles. Merlot comes from El Peral and Malbec from San Pablo, both in the Uco Valley, while Petit Verdot and Bonarda come from Agrelo and Cabernet Franc from Los Chacayes.
