In the glass, the organically produced Rosso Marche from Moncaro has a bright ruby red color. The first nose of Rosso Marche presents nuances of blackcurrants and blackberries. The fruity notes of the bouquet are joined by chocolate.
On the palate, the Rosso Marche is wonderfully aromatic, fruity and balanced, with a silky texture and pleasant finish.
This balanced red wine from Italy is produced organically from the Montepulciano and Sangiovese grape varieties. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
Serve at a temperature of 15 - 18°C with stuffed peppers, roast veal liver with apples, onions and balsamic vinegar sauce or lamb ragout with chickpeas and dried figs.
