Meinklang Farm is a sprawling biodynamic operation in Burgenland, Austria growing grains, vegetables, and a variety of fruit, alongside a herd of cattle. Fusion is a co-fermentation of Gruner Veltliner grapes and Topaz apples. The two blend together into a fun, fizzy, pet-nat. Very refreshing, citrusy, and sharp.
