This unusual gin from the fabulous Matchbook Distilling Co in Greenpoint is completely unique like so many of their offerings. While it plays well in any cocktail calling for dry gin, the focus on Alpine flavors like Lemon Balm and Lemongrass are tempered with subtle floral and fruity flavors of apricot and rose. Very low on the juniper flavors, it's not at all like any other gin on the market. Perfect for a G&T or even in a G&S if you want to mix it up and cut the sugar.
