Aged 15 years in American oak casks previously used to age Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherries. Intensely concentrated, with notes of dark chocolate, walnuts, hazelnuts, dried figs, raisins, and dates. Smooth and mellow, with a very long, sweet, slightly spicy finish. Very fine, indeed.
