A gurgle as we like them with a beautiful substance for this vintage which is in reality a Juliénas downgraded to Vin de France. The quality/price ratio is incredible, we don't find many good natural canons at this price in Beaujolais! Favorite! Vinification without additives.
Since 2008, Louis-Clément David, the eldest son of the family, has been cultivating the estate's vines after a professional reconversion. He then decided to convert the entire vineyard to organic farming.
Louis-Clément seeks the authenticity of the terroir through the practice of organic farming and the most natural winemaking possible (without inputs).
The estate's vineyard extends over 11 hectares, 6 of which surround the family home.
Grape variety: Gamay noir with white juice vinified by carbonic maceration in vats.
