Developed over a century ago by Henri Vallet in his adopted home of Mexico, Fernet-Vallet is a maceration of aromatic plants, roots, & spices, including cinnamon, clove, quassia wood, gentian root, & cardamom.
Intensely herbal & woodsy, with classic notes of menthol, spearmint, molasses, & bitter flowers. Surprisingly soft with a rich, syrupy texture and dark, roasty flavors.
Ideal when enjoyed neat after a meal, or try it on ice with cola.
