Cappelletti Aperitif claims to be the oldest style of classic red bitter still in production, and the traditional choice for a spritz. Using Trebbiano wine as its base, it’s softer and a touch sweeter than many other aperitivos, making it our go-to replacement for Aperol. With a great herbaceous lift & slightly bitter finish, it works great in a Negroni or Americano, but definitely try it in a Paper Plane or Last Word.
