Founded in 1910 by Oreste Lini, Lini 910 is now a 4th generation family-owned winery. Their artisanal approach brings out a signature freshness & classic dry character to their sparkling wines.
Lini takes great care in the vineyards & cellar, holding their wines longer than industry standard for the second fermentation. Fermented using the charmat method in autoclave with 10-15 days on the skins, then aged on the lees 3-4 months in large pressurized tanks.
Bright & lively, with notes of crushed raspberry, cherry, white peach, and red roses. A citrusy acidity, notes of herbs & spices, & juicy minerality usher forth a clean, but lingering finish. Can pair with just about anything, but especially at home with cheese, charcuterie, & antipasti.
50% Lambrusco Salamino, 50% Lambrusco Sorbara.
