Made in the charmat method from Lambrusco Salamino and a little bit of Ancelotta for added color & structure.
Fragrant, fresh & dry, with bright blueberry, raspberry, plum, violet, and spice infused in the persistent, delicate mousse. Incredibly food friendly, but is great on its own.
85% Lambrusco Salamino, 15% Ancelotta.
