Sourced from own-rooted vines planted in the Happy Canyon Vineyard on the eastern side of Santa Ynez, this Cabernet Franc was fermented with native yeasts and 50% whole cluster before aging in older French oak barrels. Loaded with juicy red fruit, black cherries, lavender, earth, spice, and pepper. Herbally complex, texturally taut, and tantalizingly fresh.
