Liber & Co. use all natural ingredients: fresh pineapple juice (60%); cane sugar; and gum arabic, an emulsifier that enable more sweetener to suspend in the syrup, making it not only sweeter but silkier and richer. Try in Pisco Punch or in the obscure c.1917 Celery Sour.
