Made with various traditional and Dijon clones grown in north Willamette Valley vineyards, this Pinot Noir saw time in 25% new French oak. The aromas of red cherries and cranberries unite with dried rose petals and Christmas spices to create a heady perfume. The tannins are sturdy, and the acidity is elevated, which is good given how much fruit is here. Flavors like tart red raspberries, not-quite-ripe marionberries, hibiscus tea and bittersweet dark chocolate coat the palate in a pleasing fashion. -Wine Enthusiast
