The Classique Pinot Gris was produced from fruit sourced from Yamhill, Tukwilla, and Lange Winery's own Lange Estate vineyards. Fermentation in neutral French oak puncheons and stainless steel lends to this wine's texture and olfactive charm.
Aromas of ripe pear, yellow apple, lemon drop, and white flowers. Flavors of ripe orchard fruit and melon accented by lemon zest, fresh herb, and mineral tones. Sleek and silky on entry, with bracing acidity. Finishes with orchard fruit, lime, and wet stone.
