Pascal Debon purchased the 100 hectare Domaine de l’Herré Vineyard in 2010 with the goal of creating wines filled with the famous Gascon spirit of “bonhomie”—conviviality, congeniality, & joviality.
Grapes grow on sun-drenched hills near the Pyrenees on sandy, clay-loam subsoils. The warm, sunny days are tempered with refreshingly cool nights.
Juicy & nicely concentrated, this fruit-forward SB is filled with subtle floral aromas alongside spicy notes of fresh citrus & grapefruit. Crisp, grassy & herbal, the bright acidity leads to a light, fruity finish.
