The grapes are grown in steep vineyards in the Mosel and Ruwer valleys with optimum exposition and slate soil.
Harvested early October, all grapes are picked by hand and gently pressed. In the cellar it is done as little intervention as possible. But with one major investment: time. Patience always pays off in wine and winemaking. No fining, all natural sedimentation, only sulfur added.
Intense fruit, juice vineyard peach, white grapefruit, some pineapple and sweet exotic hints. Also fruity on the palate, but without any heaviness. A classic Kabinett which brings fruit, acidity and sweetness in perfect balance.
