A teaspoon malt, aged in Mizunara oak barrels from Ariake. The final aging took pace on a boat in the open ocean off the coast of Japan, so it technically can’t be called “Japanese whisky”. Orchard fruit, vanillins hints of oak, sea air, clove & honey.
