Johan created Jazzy Juice in 2018 to make a juicy, bright, lighter red. Most of the grapes are direct pressed, with a few floating clusters during the native yeast fermentation to add a touch of color & tannin. Aged in steel for 4 months
A delightfully quaffable, reddish blend of strawberry, raspberry, currant, & hibiscus. Great with a little chill.
St. Laurent, Grüner Veltliner, Zweigelt, Pinot Gris, Blaufränkisch, Kerner. Biodynamic.
