By 2000, the group had swelled to nearly 700 members, making Jacquart part of the largest land-owning grower’s co-op in the region. Their 350 hectares encompasses 60 separate crus, with the house style leaning toward Chardonnay-based wines with low dosage for freshness & balance.
Fermented in temperature controlled tanks, with full malolactic. Each year 25-35% of the blend comes from reserve wines.

33% Chardonnay, 44% Pinot Noir, 23% Pinot Meunier. RM. Sustainable.
