The vines at La Smilla grow on steep, inaccessible hills, so they're worked in traditional methods with limited use of machinery. Ripe peach & pear, with pineapple & lychee aromas. The palate has tropical fruit & lime, with a honeyed edge held together by a stony minerality, medium acidity, and long, creamy, almond finish.
