From "Minister of Rum" Ed Hamilton's collection comes this bad boy of a pot-still Jamaican rum distilled at the Worthy Park in the Vale of Lluidas. Intensely vegetal and grassy, with strong notes of ripened banana. Very cool stuff that would be seasonally versatile.
