Granbazán farms 17 hectares of Albariño vines in Val do Salnés, grown on granite with alluvial topsoils. “Etiqueta Verde” (Green Label) is their entry level wine, from 35 year old vines, made with a combination of free run and lightly pressed juice. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in tank and aged on the lees for 4 months.
Crisp, clean, minerally, and mouthwateringly saline, Etiquette Verde bursts with green apples, grass, citrus, tropical fruits, white peach, white flowers and fresh herbal notes. The crispy, energetic acidity carries a costal richness through the salty, lime-tinged finish.
