The Nada family farms their six-hectare holding entirely by hand. All the fruit for the Dolcetto comes from the Marcarini parcel, in the middle of the hill. Raised entirely in steel to preserve freshness, this displays lovely aromas and flavors of rose petal, cherry and plum with subtle earthy spice. It is one to enjoy on its own or with light dishes, cured meats and cheeses.
