Now in his 80s, Paul Pernot may have largely passed the operations of this 200+ year-old estate on to his sons, but he still shows up to work at the winery every day.
From vines in Puligny on the border of Meursault. Vinified in steel & aged in oak.
Clean & bright, with apple, pear, fresh baked bread, orange oil, & lemon peel. A touch of oak and a zippy acidity balance the lovely minerality and slightly salty finish.
Chardonnay. Sustainable.
