Vines have grown at l’Oiselinière as far back as 1337. The Chéreau family, pioneers of sur lie aging in Muscadet, purchased the vineyard in 1960.
From 8 hectares of 40 year-old vines, situated in a natural clos between woodlands and the river. Hand picked, indigenously fermented in steel, then aged on the lees for 6 months in underground concrete vats, plus another year in bottle.
Ripe, fresh, and zesty, with ample flavors of green apple, lemon skin, white flowers, and rocky minerals.
100% Melon de Bourgogne. Sustainable.
