The folks at Fossil & Fawn call this a "Gemischtersatz"-style bottling, using an Austrian term for a field blend of co-fermented grape varieties. Grown at Sunnyside vineyard, then spontaneously fermented in French oak & aged 9 months. Refreshingly aromatic.
46% Auxerrois, 38% Riesling. 16% Gewurztraminer. Organic. Natural.
